To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive:

Looking to exchange your item?
The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

If you are located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, you can return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation required.
To qualify, the item must be:
